Contacts

The Contacts section allows users to see contact information only for family that are registered in from the Admin.

 

Requests

This section enables users to view all their appointment requests (In Progress, Completed and Rejected), as well as make new ones (including changes of date, time or even cancellation of the service).

Once a specific request is selected, you will be able to see the audit trail of the request - from the moment it has been accepted by the admin up until it's completed.

To create a New Request, click the New button on the upper right corner.

Once in there, a warning message on the top most prompts the user to notify office via call otherwise, proceed with filling out the form.

You may add the Subject, Description, Request Type, Preferred Date and Add Images.

Surveys

This section allows users to participate in surveys created by the company admin to get feedback from people in their network. Fill out surveys awaiting for completion and once done, it will be added on the Completed list.
