Click on Messages from your admin dashboard and then click New Message.

 

 

To send a message to selected members, click on Send to specific people.

Click into the contacts bar and scroll to select recipients. Alternatively, type into the contacts bar to search for a member.

Click the dropdown arrow to close the list of contacts.

Type your message into the message bar. Click on Send.

 

 

To add or remove members from the chat, click Info.

Then click on Members > Edit Members.

Click the plus icon to add or remove members. (Added members will be able to see prior messages).

Click on Done to save the changes.

 

 

To update the name of the group chat, expand the Group options drop down menu.

Click on Rename Group.

Type your group chat name in the field. Click on Rename to save it.

 

 

Update the group chat picture by selecting Change Avatar under Group Options. Select your image from the upload window and click Done.

To leave a group chat, click on Leave Group under Group Options.

 

 

To send a broadcast message to all clients, click on New Message and Select an option.
