Let’s start by tapping the Requests button on your Monty home screen.

 

 

Here you can find a log of all your prior requests and their status.

To submit a new request, tap New.

 

 

Enter a short summary of the issue in the Subject field, a Description and a Preferred date.

You can also assign the request to a specific member of your admin team. To start, tap Assign Admin. Tap Submit

Remember, if it's urgent, please call your provider instead.

You can tap Requests on your Home screen to view the status of your new request.
