First, let's login to your admin dashboard from the Monty website. Click the customer Sign In button.

 

 

Welcome to your admin dashboard!

 

 

On the right hand side you'll see your admin dashboard overview.

The Today's Check-ins window shows a snapshot of the number of members who have completed their daily check-in.

The Users window shows a list of users and when they were last active on the app.

Catch all your latest broadcasts and customer communications under Messages.

The Today's Events window shows a list events on for that day.

Admins can view and manage all submitted requests, in Requests 

And keep an eye out for the Services feature coming soon.

 

 

On the left hand side you'll see your Community menu panel, which provides easy access to all your features.

You can always click on Dashboard at the top of the menu to return to your admin dashboard overview.

See all members via the Staff button.

Members is where members are created and managed.

Send broadcasts, private messages and group chats in Messages.

Create and manage the community calendar here in Events.

Publish important documents to all members with the Shared Documents feature.

In Curated Content, admins can organise and publish video, audio, image and document files accessible by all members.

In Requests, admins can view and manage all submitted requests.



 

Click on Logout to exit.
